A fund raising event, which provides a platform for Tibetans to promote/preserve their endangered culture. After operational expenses, all funds generated will be directed to organizations/individuals/projects which facilitate the preservation of Tibetan culture. (This year's recipient(s) -- yet to be determined.)
Presenting: food & handicraft vendors, artisans, musicians, dance performances, art and photography exhibits, guest speakers, butter sculpture demonstration, film screening, book signing, weaving, Tibetan calligraphy, wood carving, sand mandala construction by Tibetan monks, and so much more! Volunteers, artisans, handicraft vendors needed. TibetFest in NOT for profit.
